Clinton Clegg

Clinton Clegg was born on June 14, 1981 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA as Clinton Joseph Clegg. Front man for the rock’n’roll soul band The Commonheart, Clegg’s gritty vocals and the band’s rock riffs and screaming organ deliver rock’n’roll with a heavy blues, soul and gospel influence. Clegg’s song writing is a true testament to the past, echoing once again the full circle of music and sound.

Buffalo Rose

Buffalo Rose is a charismatic six-piece modern folk/Americana band from Pittsburgh, PA. They take the singer-songwriter tradition to a new level by crafting original songs which are emotive, meticulously arranged, and inspired by a world of idiosyncratic influences that never let a dull or predictable moment creep in.

The Buckle Downs

The Buckle Downs are led by powerhouse vocalist, Kiki Brown, who was chosen by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette as one of twelve Pittsburghers to meet in 2018: “A petite woman with a set of pipes that would be the envy of a plumbing supply company” wrote Dan Gigler (PG).

Coming off a tremendous year in 2017, The Buckle Downs released their first full length record, “Hard Truths”. The breakout record, produced by Jake Hanner (Donora), was named #1 Local Album by 91.3 WYEP. Outside of the studio, the soul rock six piece kept up their momentum on the stage, performing at some of Pittsburgh’s premier music events including: Three Rivers Arts Festival, Allegheny County Music Festival, Comcast Light Up Night and the WYEP Summer Music Festival where they co-headlined with national artists The Marcus King Band and Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears.

Nied’s Hotel Band

The Nied’s Hotel Band is a powerhouse recording and performing rock-n-roll and R&B group from Pittsburgh, PA. (USA). Voted Pittsburgh’s “Best Bar Band” in the 2016 Pittsburgh Magazine Readers Poll, NHB delivers the hardworking blue-collar muscle that has made Pittsburgh a legendary rock-n-roll city. A recent review by The Pittsburgh City Paper proclaimed, “The Nied’s Hotel Band could be called The E-Street Band of Pittsburgh.” In addition, Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto has proclaimed July 17th as “Nied’s Hotel Band Day” in honor of the bands impact on the local music scene and their unwavering support of charitable causes.

The band includes some of the best-known and respected players in the region, including singer John Vento (who is, perhaps, the hardest-working front man around), guitarists Tim Hadley and Jim McCullough, plus keyboardist Fred Delu and sax man Ed Jonnet, who last joined forces as members of Pittsburgh’s most beloved rock/soul band – The Rhythm Kings. Newest members Willy Franklin (bass) and Greg McIltrot (drums) complete the stellar lineup.

The band originated in 2003 when singer John Vento began a studio recording project that he titled “Nied’s Hotel” as a tribute to Jim Nied, proprietor of the landmark Pittsburgh tavern of the same name, which was also the source of inspiration for many of the original songs crafted by Vento and well know producer Buddy Hall.

Jon Bindley

Hardware was once the stock-in-trade of Pittsburgh’s Bindley family, manufacturers, and wholesalers who set up shop at the turn of the 20th century. Just as the city itself has transformed, so has the Bindley name: For today’s Bindley Hardware Co., the nuts and bolts are the makings of song and Jon Bindley is proprietor.

A writer by training, Jon headed south to Nashville to play with a friend’s band in 2011 and honed his songwriting craft as an acolyte of venerable songwriter Fred Koller, known for penning hits with the likes of John Hiatt, John Prine, and Shel Silverstein. Upon his return to Pittsburgh in 2014, Bindley began to develop his artistic identity, that of a workingman’s songwriter. Since then the band has released two full-length albums and an EP to great critical acclaim, touring regionally while also serving as the house band for the ever-popular Pittsburgh Honky-Tonk, a monthly country music revue.

Along with the melodies, the lyrics reveal layered through-lines of joy and struggle. The vocal lines explore the beautiful tension of dissonance, keeping the ear intrigued and heart twinging. Her music has been described as ‘extroverted music by an introvert.’ Nadine enjoys collaborating with other creatives and frequently is spotted singing harmony with various artists, lending her own unique style to the pieces. Once this has occurred, folks say a song has been “Nadine-ified!”
